includes working on large-scale web projects and web-based applications with complex information architecture and transactional abilities. In recent years
I've been involved in the development of web-based e-Learning Systems (e-LMS) combined with Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS). These platforms are used for production and delivering of training/education content, and automate the management, tracking, and reporting of training/education records for teachers and administrators.
With the integration of CMS-based websites with LMS/LCMS components, Customer and/or Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Student Information Systems (SIS), these web-based platform solutions collectively comprise an Educational Data System (EDS).
The EDS bridges data sources consisting of input from public-facing internet and organization-facing intranet web sites, relational and non-relational database(s), administrative documentation and all necessary operational and educational information gathering and dissemination, into a methodology for ‘Data Warehousing’ with ‘Data Mining’ of data collected to extend BI (Business Intelligence) into BPA (Business Process Automation), with Electronic Documentation Management and BPM (Business Performance Management) capabilities accessed through an Internet delivery strategy.
